2. Orders and Contract By clicking the “Order” button, you are entering into a purchase agreement for the selected products, which is subject to confirmation by us.

3. Prices and Payments All prices are listed in Bulgarian lev (BGN) and include VAT. Payment can be made via cash on delivery, bank transfer, or another payment method specified by us.

4. Delivery Deliveries are carried out via courier within 2 to 5 business days after the order has been confirmed.

The minimum order amount is 40 lv.

For orders up to 89 BGN,the delivery cost is determined according to the courier’s pricing.
For orders over 89 BGN,delivery is free within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. безплатна за територията на Република България.

5. Cancellations and Returns The customer has the right to return a product within 14 days, provided it has not been used and is in its original packaging.
